ACCESS WITHOUT A SIDE DOOR

Built for different ways of seeing, hearing, moving, reading, and thinking.

CT Video Services targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across public pages, the installed web app, marketplace workflows, and private workspaces. The Accessibility Center adds personal display and reading controls on top of the underlying semantic, keyboard, contrast, form, and motion work.

01

Perceivable

Text alternatives, captions and transcript paths, meaningful headings, adaptable layouts, visible labels, and contrast that does not rely on color alone.

02

Operable

Keyboard access, visible focus, skip navigation, escape-safe dialogs, target sizing, reduced motion, and no forced orientation.

03

Understandable

Consistent navigation, plain-language instructions, persistent labels, announced errors, review steps, and no memory-test authentication.

04

Robust

Semantic HTML, accurate names and states, status announcements, programmatic language, and compatibility with current assistive technology.

COMPLETE WORKFLOWS

Accessibility has to survive the whole task.

The target includes discovery, estimates, chat, account sign-in, creator profiles, project posting, applications, comments, delivery review, and payout status—not only the homepage. Preferences are stored only on this device and can be reset at any time.

  • Zoom and text resize through 200% with mobile reflow.
  • Visible keyboard focus that is not hidden behind sticky controls.
  • At least 24×24 CSS-pixel targets, with 44×44 used where practical.
  • Motion controls and operating-system reduced-motion support.
  • Screen-reader status messages for forms, chat, comments, and updates.
  • Language and right-to-left direction support where localized content is available.
