Estimator and planning ranges

The Production Price Lab provides nonbinding planning information from the visitor's answers and the calculator version shown. Public market references are calibration inputs, not universal rate cards. A displayed market range or CT Video Services planning quote may change when availability, locations, permits, talent, licensing, travel, taxes, scope, access, technical requirements, or third-party costs are confirmed. Pro Budget Builder exports are planning tools and not bids on behalf of other production companies.

Pricing and deposits

“Starting at” prices describe the minimum scope shown and are not a final quote. A date is not reserved until the production scope, written agreement, and required deposit are accepted. Deposits are applied according to the approved quote and agreement.

AI planning guidance

CT Video Guide is an automated planning assistant, not a human producer, booking agent, attorney, or contracting system. Its answers help visitors understand services, planning factors, and useful next steps, but they do not confirm availability, final pricing, equipment, permits, rights, insurance, a reservation, or a contract. Only a written quote or agreement confirmed by CT Video Services controls a project.

Creator marketplace

Marketplace project submissions, creator profiles, applications, recommended-fit results, payment states, and payout states are planning and workflow records. They do not create a booking, employment relationship, independent-contractor relationship, or payment obligation by themselves. The accepted project and creator agreements control. Before work begins, CT Video Services must approve either an employee-payroll or a qualifying independent-business engagement. Employees are paid through payroll for compensable work regardless of customer-payment status. Independent-business payment follows the written assignment, applicable law, verified delivery, external payment processing, and any documented refund, chargeback, cancellation, compliance, or dispute hold. Investor relations and governance

The public company-information area is not a public offering, broker-dealer, funding portal, investment adviser, securities exchange, recommendation, or transaction platform. CTVideoServices.com does not accept investment funds, commitments, subscriptions, securities orders, escrow, accreditation records, or transaction-based referral compensation. Private access requests, opportunity controls, and information rooms are disabled. Any future private workflow requires documented securities-counsel approval of the exact legal exemption, audience, content, intermediary, access controls, and records before it can be enabled.

Browser alerts and feeds

Event, news, and production alerts are optional informational notices. Dates, availability, eligibility, and external listings can change; verify important details with the linked organizer or source. Browser push acceptance does not guarantee delivery or viewing. RSS, Atom, JSON Feed, and Media RSS are provided as-is for personal feed-reader use.

Connecticut industry jobs

The Connecticut Film & Video Jobs board is an editorial discovery service, not the hiring employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or applicant-tracking system unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Verify duties, compensation, classification, location, closing date, privacy terms, and application requirements on the linked official employer page before acting. CT Video Services does not charge applicants to view or apply, cannot promise that an employer will respond, and may remove, expire, decline, or correct a listing when the source changes. Employer submissions require authority and human verification; they do not guarantee publication or Google job-search eligibility. Customer-funded creator projects remain separate in the Creator Marketplace.

Creator community and social sharing

Public community participation uses an active, reviewed, opt-in CT Video creator profile. External social accounts are optional. Users remain responsible for rights, accuracy, sponsorship disclosures, privacy, and lawful conduct. New posts and comments may be held for moderation; content may be limited or removed under the Community Guidelines. External share controls open the selected third-party service, whose own terms and privacy practices apply.

Language and accessibility tools

Reviewed language hubs are provided for access and navigation. Optional machine translation and browser speech output may contain errors and do not replace a confirmed written quote, agreement, legal notice, safety instruction, or human accommodation. Equipment rentals and sales

Inventory, condition, deposits, identification, insurance, delivery, operators, late fees, damage responsibility, and final sale terms must be confirmed in writing before pickup or delivery.
