A free / pay-what-you-can, advance-registration gathering honoring CTFTVA Co-Founder Ed Cohen, supporting film education and horse welfare, and featuring the Hidden Healing documentary.

The Connecticut Film & TV Alliance is bringing Connecticut's film and television community together for a living celebration of Co-Founder Ed Cohen's life and career at US Horse Welfare & Rescue in Avon.

The current public program combines connection and purpose: live music, short films scored by Gary Gray's students, a Symphonina Foundation spotlight, and Hidden Healing—a documentary by Alessandro V. Andriulli featuring Susan Mitchell and the horses of US Horse Welfare & Rescue.

Gary Gray—an award-winning, Billboard-charting producer and engineer, Grammy Recording Academy voting member, and Symphonina Foundation co-founder—is scheduled as master of ceremonies. Elza and additional musicians are advertised for the live-music program.

Organizer materials promote the gathering as free, while the official registration page uses a pay-what-you-can model. Advance registration is required and space is limited. Donations support the CT Film & TV Alliance education fund and US Horse Welfare & Rescue. No alcohol is permitted, and the event is not BYOB.

Transcend Entertainment and Music (TEAM) is identified on the official event poster as a sponsor.

CTFTVA is also seeking volunteers to help with guest guidance, setup on Friday and Saturday morning, event flow, breakdown, and cleanup. Volunteers may choose how much time they can contribute so teams can rotate and still experience the event.
