A free New Haven premiere night for SOLACE and MEATHEAD with music videos, live performance, art, interviews, networking, sponsor opportunities, and an open volunteer media call.

The Screening Party brings Connecticut independent film, music, art, and creative business into one room at Toad's Place. Public promotion advertises a 7 PM program. The organizer's 6 PM private screening and Q&A with Rook, Q, Frankie Fire, and their creative teams is sold out; reserved seating is full, and new RSVPs are general-admission standing room only.

The confirmed program includes networking, art installations, music by DJ Mula, a full cash bar, media-interview opportunities, games, a music-video showcase by Rook, Frankie Fire, and KATT BRGNDI, SOLACE directed by Rook, a West Hill Rd live performance, and MEATHEAD directed by Q and Frankie Fire before a late party set.

Donn ‘Q’ Quijada is producing the event; the sponsor packet also credits Maserati Ray as producer, while public billing identifies Kaleidodope and In The Cut as presenters. Although Donn is President of the Connecticut Film & TV Alliance and CTFTVA plans to be represented, the organizer has expressly clarified that The Screening Party is not an official CTFTVA event.

Sponsors can support a Connecticut-produced premiere while reaching an expected audience of 500+ guests, an organizer mailing list of 3,000+, and partner pages with a stated combined social audience of 100,000+. Current benefits and availability should be confirmed directly with Donn before purchase.

The volunteer call includes event setup plus a media team to record interviews, host interviews, and edit short-form video for social distribution. Volunteers can also represent CTFTVA and help interested attendees learn how to join the Alliance.
